Echology Call for Proposals
ANAT and Carbon Arts are pleased to announce the Call for Proposals for three high‐profile artworks to be developed for
Lend Lease sites in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.
Winning artists / artist-led teams for each of the sites will come together in Sydney from 29 October – 2 November to
participate in an Australia Council supported Art Lab led by world-leaders in data-driven arts practice. The proposed
timeline for the production of the artworks is late 2012 – mid 2013.
Proposal Deadline: 5pm (CST) Friday 27th July 2012

Due to the nature of the Melbourne and Brisbane Echology sites, we have arranged for site visits to each of these locations. Each visit will last up to an hour and will include a viewing of the full site model, as well as a walking tour of the specific site/s selected for the Echology artworks.

Library façade elevations are now available for download: North-East façade; South-East façade and South-West façade.
City of Melbourne wish to clarify the zone for the artwork location includes the Library, the northern façade of the Library, the Library canopy and area under the canopy (please note that vehicle access needs to be maintained through this area), the steps down to Victoria Harbour and potentially the areas to the east and west of the Library.
